Thanks. We may have some suggestion on what is going on in this case, but we need to know some additional details.
Please perform the following tests as described.
Create needed folders on phone exactly as requested below. Create new shared folder on PC, you may use any location and any name in this case, for example C:\PC-SHARE\
Before start of each test, please delete all files from Source and Destination folders and after that place into Source Folder just one single file. The file size for file involved in each test, should be big enough to make copy process last minimum 5 to 10 seconds! Before start of each test, please check and write down current Date and Time on the phone.
First 2 tests are just for regular copying with standard Nokia File Browser/Manager.
Last 4 tests are with SymSync using individual SyncRules created for each test. For each test with SymSync use Sync Rule with parameter Sync Interval set to Manual. Use Manual start for Sync Rules during these tests. For each test with SymSync, perform one Manual Sync process, write down 3 Date/Time results as requested below. Then repeat Sync process one more time and add result into the last column.
Please copy/paste the following two tables into your reply and fill it up with results. Using Courier New font will allow you to align these tables easier.
Program Source Destination Phone DT SRC file DT DST file DT ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Nokia FB C:\PHONE-DIR-C E:\PHONE-DIR-E Nokia FB E:\PHONE-DIR-E C:\PHONE-DIR-C
Program Source Destination Phone DT SRC file DT DST file DT Second Sync started? ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- SymSync C:\PHONE-DIR-C\ E:\PHONE-DIR-E\ SymSync E:\PHONE-DIR-E\ C:\PHONE-DIR-C\
SymSync FOLDER on PC C:\PHONE-DIR-C\ SymSync FOLDER on PC E:\PHONE-DIR-E\
where: Nokia FB - standard Nokia File Browser/Manager. Phone DT - Date and Time on phone immediately before Sync process started. SRC file DT - Date and Time on file in Source Folder after Sync process finished. DST file DT - Date and Time on file in Destination Folder after Sync process finished.
