I understand that this problem appears when SymVPN is working and Wi-Fi connection is in use, but what makes you to believe that it is SymVPN fault?
Do you have the same problem when SymVPN is working over 3G connection?
Do you have the same problem when SymVPN is working over GPRS connection?
You can easily place phone in any metal jar or container to emulate "lost connection" situation.
Do you have the same problem with other software that is using Wi-Fi connection?
Do you have any software on your phone that is managing Access Points?
Can you reproduce the same problem on another phone used in the same conditions?
What is SymNC version including build number (you can see it in Options>About)?
Have you downloaded this version directly from www.telexy.com or from somewhere else? What are the first 10 and last 2 digits for IMEI number of this phone?
